Many of our Member Associations (MAs) operate in countries where abortion care is severely restricted by legal and policy restrictions.
The Abortion Harm Reduction Guide, launched by IPPF in December 2025, is for service delivery MAs operating in legally restrictive settings who currently find it challenging to offer abortion care but want to know what practically they can safely and legally do to support abortion in their context.
