Decolonisation is often perceived as a theoretical or structural undertaking, far removed from the everyday realities of member associations (MAs). This webinar aims to bridge that gap by bringing decolonisation back to the local level. Through concrete examples from various regions of the federation, we will explore how MAs are actively reshaping culture and practices in their own contexts. This session goes beyond awareness-raising; it is a call to action. Participants will discover practical strategies, strengthen their commitment, and join a growing movement to integrate decolonisation into all levels of our work. Together, we will foster ownership, drive change, and build a more equitable future.
